Program Description

Event Details

Rise and shine for a low impact fitness experience. Enjoy a different exercise modality each week with fitness instructor Aubrey Schulz. Week 4 features fitness fusion, a workout style that combines different types of exercise to challenge the body in new ways, increase motivation through variety, and offer benefits like improved flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. Registration required. 

Note: To enter the library between 8:45 and 9:00 AM, follow the sidewalk along the east side of the building and enter via the door on the patio. 

For the final fitness session, please bring a yoga mat (or towel) and a pair of sneakers/trainers.
