Event Details

Rise and shine for a low impact fitness experience. Enjoy a different exercise modality each week with fitness instructor Aubrey Schulz. Week 3 features core stability training, a means to strengthen the muscles in your trunk and pelvis, improving your ability to maintain stable posture and control movement. This training helps reduce injury risk and improves daily activities. Bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. Registration required. 

Note: To enter the library between 8:45 and 9:00 AM, follow the sidewalk along the east side of the building and enter via the door on the patio.
