Rise and shine for a low impact fitness experience. Enjoy a different exercise modality each week with fitness instructor Aubrey Schulz. Week 2 features body weight strength training, a form of calisthenics that utilizes your own body weight as resistance to build strength, improve balance and stability, and enhance overall fitness. It's a versatile and accessible form of exercise that can be performed anywhere without requiring any equipment. Bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. Registration required.
Note: To enter the library between 8:45 and 9:00 AM, follow the sidewalk along the east side of the building and enter via the door on the patio.
