Event Details

Rise and shine for a low impact fitness experience. Enjoy a different exercise modality each week with fitness instructor Aubrey Schulz. Week 1 features yoga,  a practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to improve overall well-being. Bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. Register for one or all four sessions. 

Note: To enter the library between 8:45 and 9:00 AM, follow the sidewalk along the east side of the building and enter via the door on the patio.
