3D Printing Demonstration and Training

Join us in the makerspace for a demonstration and training on how to design for and use the Bambu 3D Printer.  

  • Attendees will gain an introductory exposure to how to find a 3d file (STL) on sites like Thingiverse and design their own files with software like Tinkercad.  
  • Following this attendees will then learn how to use the Bambu P1S 3d printers to print basic projects.
  • For more information on how you can be successful designing and printing in 3D take a look at our Getting Started Guide.
  • Upon completion of this training, attendees will be certified to reserve and use the equipment through our Library Calendar website.

Age Requirements

  • All patrons, 10 and up should sign up individually.  Registration is required for all active and passive participants.
  • Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the space.
  • Youth between 10-16 may use the space under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian who has completed a training session with the Makerspace staff.  Limit one youth per Adult.
