Program Description
Event Details
There is a whole universe in a pinecone, acorn, leaf or flower! In this mindfulness class, we will make close observations and record our findings in words and expressive drawings in our journals. Learn simple, meditative writing and sketching practices to help you connect with yourself, others and Mother Earth. Learn the foundation for a regular nature journaling habit. No experience necessary! For grades 6-12. Registration required.
