 ' fun at the library. A visit with Welcome Wagger Emmie and Handler K
 athryn K. is known to lower stress hormones and blood pressure, raise mood
 -boosting endorphins, and prompt smiles all around.   Register OR drop i
 n for cuddle time with Emmie December 14. She loves visiting her library f

 hryn:Emmie is a well-mannered, attentive Havanese with a calm and gentle d
 isposition. Her beautiful outer coat is groomed frequently and soft and si
 lky to the touch. She is not a 'shedder.' Emmie's been a vo
 lunteer Welcome Wagger since August 2023 and is comfortable around people 
 of all ages. Kathryn is a Granby resident and certified Alliance of Thera
 py Dogs Handler. She and Emmie volunteer regularly at Hartford Hospital an
