 ' fun at the library. A visit with Welcome Wagger Emmie and Handler K
 athryn K. is known to lower stress hormones and blood pressure, raise mood
 -boosting endorphins, and prompt smiles all around.   Register OR drop i

 ryn:Emmie is a well-mannered, attentive Havanese with a calm and gentle di
 sposition. Her beautiful outer coat is groomed frequently and soft and sil
 ky to the touch. She is not a 'shedder.' Emmie's been a vol
 unteer Welcome Wagger since August 2023 and is comfortable around people o
 f all ages. Kathryn is a Granby resident and certified Alliance of Therap
 y Dogs Handler. She and Emmie volunteer regularly at Hartford Hospital and
