 ' fun at the library. A visit with Welcome Wagger Emmie and Handler K
 athryn K. is known to lower stress hormones and blood pressure, raise mood
 -boosting endorphins, and prompt smiles all around.   Register OR drop i
 n for cuddle time with Emmie May 11. She loves visiting her library friend

 Emmie is a well-mannered, attentive Havanese with a calm and gentle dispos
 ition. Her beautiful outer coat is groomed frequently and soft and silky t
 o the touch. She is not a 'shedder.' Emmie's been a volunte
 er Welcome Wagger since August 2023 and is comfortable around people of al
 l ages. Kathryn is a Granby resident and certified Alliance of Therapy Do
 gs Handler. She and Emmie volunteer regularly at Hartford Hospital and now
