Sew Simple: Traditional Rug Hooking

Learn to use wool and linen to create a landscape design. Please note: all the fabric pieces are provided and sized for you to use on this project. Participants must bring a rug hooking hoop and rug hooking tool. You will need a 10" or 12" rug hooking hoop (the style with a screw tightening feature) and a rug hooking hook (the hand-held style). These items are easily found online (search for rug hooking supplies) and may be purchased for $25 or less.

This makerspace program requires a $5 deposit to hold the reservation; cash or check payable to 'FOGPL' and delivered to library staff at least 48 hours prior to the program. Funds are used to offset the materials fees and are non-refundable.
