Paws for Tales

Children are invited to attend our Paws for Tales program, where they can build confidence and practice reading aloud to Amani, a calm and friendly cocker spaniel registered therapy dog. Amani provides a patient, non-judgmental audience, helping young readers develop their literacy skills in a fun, relaxed environment. Each child can read their favorite book to Amani for a set amount of time. Bring a book from home or choose one from the library's collection. This pawsitively delightful program is perfect for any young reader looking for an encouraging and supportive experience! For grades 1-3. Registration is required; space limited.
