Event Details

Join us for a special showing of the monthly Movie Matinee! We’re hosting adults AND youth in the Reading Room for DreamWorks’ 2024 Oscar-nominated film adapted from the best-selling novel by Peter Brown. An intelligent robot is stranded on an uninhabited island and learns to survive the harsh surroundings when she bonds with the native animals. Her crowning achievement is raising an orphaned gosling and launching it into adulthood. (Rated PG; Run time - 1 hr. 41 min.) Space is limited; register to attend.
