The Cossitt Creation Station welcomes visitors Saturday, September 6 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for maker activities that celebrate Granby Open Farm Day! Adults and children are invited to drop in to make custom buttons, fragrant sachets, and more! There are lots of fun things to do featuring Granby's agricultural roots. Join us for guided activities while supplies last.
Be sure to visit the Seed Library in the upper level of Cossitt Library. We're featuring "Seeds You Can Eat!" and will have free samples for noshing, including popcorn, pumpkin seeds and honey roasted sunflower seeds (gluten free and processed in a facility without nuts).
Visit with Engine Rich and get a pic in his little blue truck. It's a 1934 Chevy DB half ton pickup truck that looks just like the one in the children's book series!
