Event Details

Choose favorite leaves and words of affirmation to create a design on a canvas tote bag. Art educator Denise Smith offers guidance using a nature printing techniques.  

This craft program requires a $5 deposit to hold the reservation; cash or check payable to 'FOGPL' and delivered to library staff at least 48 hours prior to the program. Funds are used to offset the materials fees and are non-refundable.

About the presenter:

Denise Smith is a lifelong, self-taught artist educator with a deep connection to the woodlands of New England. Her artwork and crafts reflect the bounty of foraged pinecones, tree bark, leaves, and moss. Denise inspires others to see the natural world from a different perspective, as art. She offers nature art programs on a regular basis at libraires and other organizations, and we're delighted to have her back at Granby Public Library.
