Adults and teens 16+
Stitch a basic ribbon-embroidered flower design on felt with guidance from members of the Connecticut River Valley Chapter of the Embroiderers’ Guild of America. All materials are provided. There is no fee to attend. Registrants are asked to bring a pair of embroidery scissors, if available, and a magnifying glass, if needed. The embroidery project may be finished in a variety of ways, such as bookmarks, small cases, or bags. The instructors will help each participant with their personal project choice.
About the instructors:
The Connecticut River Valley Chapter (CRVC) is a member of the New England Region of the Embroiderers’ Guild of America. Their purpose is to foster interest and excellence in all phases of embroidery. Their members welcome all stitchers, beginner, intermediate, and advanced, to learn and share knowledge about the art of needlework.
